Electronic Identification Explained

Through an API call, you push a document into SigniFlow and specify the identification method that you want the user to use before gaining access to the document. 

Only if the user passes the electronic identification will the document be available for the user to view and interact with.

Identification method per
document

This allows you to add identification methods to each document that you send to a user. For example, the user might receive five documents and be required to use the same identification method five times on each of the documents.

Here you choose what user will be required to perform what identification methods on the documents. This means that you can have two people in the same company use different identification methods. 

Multiple Identification
methods per user

This allows you to send a user multiple documents, each of which will have a different identification method required to access the document. This means you can send the same user three documents where they will have to use the OTP, ID without DHA, or 2D with DHA.

One-Time Pin

Once a person clicks on the link the system will send the user a one-time pin. Once the consumer enters the pin, only then can they sign in to get the document signed.

ID

For the user to access the document, they will need to enter their ID number into the system for authentication. They will only be able to gain access to the document if they provide the correct ID number.
